Furever Pets
The Product
Small Animal Shelter that adopts pets along with enrolling for volunteer opportunities in their community. We give information on each animal along with the staff that takes care of those animals.

The Goal
Finding a way to categorize animals at the shelter for people to find their pets.
User Research
I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was adults who want to get Interior design advice with little effort.
This user group confirmed initial assumptions about Furever Pets, but research also revealed that time was not the only factor limiting users from being able to select designs. Other user problems included obligations, interests, or challenges that make it difficult to use categorize animals.
